The one in the first pic fits fine, the other one is too big in diameter (ordered wrong). The cover won't fit. Also, the "foot" at the bottom of the window in the 3rd pic needs replacing on both sides. Unsure of the name.
I also need the cover for both sides.

Hello,
I see that you ordered the S900-17 spiral balances with a 3/8" diameter housing tube. This is normally the smaller of the two tilt window spiral balance options that we offer. We would need you to write out the exact diameter of the original balance tube to determine if a closer replacement is available. It would also help to see the spiral end that attaches to the pivot shoe.
We would also need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window, as well as confirm the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
