Can you help me? If Black is not available then I can powder coat them.

For the locking handle, see if the 38-208 or 38-209 match up. For the other operators, the 39-107 and 39-114L might match what you need. You also show a picture of an operator with a folding handle and cover; the 39-107FK might replace this, but I'd like to see the entire operator including the link arm(s) to be certain.
