A contractor from Orange Park FL. says:

To Whom It May Concern:

I have 16 properties that have these types of operators and I need to make them operational. NOt all properties are the same but we can begin here.

Typical operators throughout house in bad condition.

If you can identify this part I will send you quantities of left and right.

Can you provide a source for screens?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We don't have this exact operator, I'm afraid. It is just too old. That said, we have a few possible replacement options. Can you just show me the end of your operator arm? That is an essential detail that will decide the best match. In the meantime, see our 39-001 and 39-002. These look similar in terms of design but I don't know if the wheel at the end of the arm matches yours.

I'm afraid we can't help with screens and we have no contacts in your area. Your best bet is to contact a local hardware store who can make custom screens for you.
