18" Milgard window balancers

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings? We'd also like to see a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the cord, along with any stamps printed on the metal channel.
