18" Window Channel Balancer with stamp 17 9 DU CMC 3

A home owner from USA says:
Can you help me identify my channel balancer. Metal measures 18" long. Stamp on balancer says "17 9 DU CMC 3". To me, it look like 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe; is that right? I don't know which stamp option (sash weight) to select. This is for a Milgard window that measures approximately 40"x47".

I attached some pictures.

Thanks for posting! According to your dimensions, our Series 385 appears to be the best match. For the stamp option, you will have to weigh your sash to determine which would be best.
A quick learner says:
This window sash weighs 23 pounds. I didn't see a stamp option for more than 20 pounds.

Ah, I see. That's a relatively heavy sash for your balance size. We can custom make an S385-18 with a 1760 option, if you'd like. This can carry 20 through 23 pounds. All I need to know is how many you need and I can send you a custom order link with a price quote.
A quick learner says:
A custom balance for the heavy sash would be great. I have two of these windows so I'd need four balances.

You can combine this with the quote for my other size windows or keep it separate, whatever works for you.

Thanks!

Thanks again for your patience during the holiday break. I will send you your custom balance quotes separately to avoid confusion. Keep an eye on your inbox, you should be receiving two emails. I will use your discussion IDs as a reference so you know which one is which.
