18 inch PGT window part stamped 1720

Question

I attempted to identify the correct replacement part but was unable to distinguish which was the right choice. I hope the attached photos make it easier for you than it was for me.

Hi there- thanks for posting!

Based on your photos, it looks like our S395-18. The shoe of this balance (our 15-001) measures 1-1/8" deep so please confirm that your balance shoe matches that before ordering. Lastly, you will select the 1720 "option" at checkout. This correlates with a sash weight of 8-12 lbs. Get back to us if you have any questions!
