18" long window balance

Question

I couldnt find this balance on the website, and help identifying it would be appreciated. It is 18" long, and 3/8" wide square channel. I think it is a tilting window. It is stamped with "h 17tg"

Your balance appears to match our Series 770 channel balance. However, the width of the metal channel measures 9/16" so you may want to double-check this measurement just in case. Your balance's stamp also doesn't seem to match any of the strength options listed. With that being said, you will have to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S770-18 store page to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
