I'm looking for 2(two) 18" balances for replacement. The photos submitted have all the information available to me. I would appreciate if you're able to find suitable replacement balances for me.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. With this combination of fittings, it looks like you have our S395-18 channel balance. Is the stamp on your metal channel "17 2"? If so, you'll need a 1720 spring strength option.
