Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can supply a replacement for this balance. Although, I'll need to see a clearer photo of both the top and bottom attachments to identify the correct replacements.

Please provide photos of a side profile for both attachments. Additionally, I'll need to see a clear photos of the back of the top attachment and front of the bottom attachments.
