1820 window channel

Hello,
I need to replace 4 balancers for two of my windows. I followed the instructions provided on your site for the "part identifier" . My balance is stamped 1820, is a channel balance, non-tilt, ½" channel width and 19" long. Model 1820 S385 seems to be the best match. My only concern is that neither the top nor the shoe of the window balance match exactly to what I have. Both the top and shoe have the plastic "ears" or "wings" that flare out that appear to be shorter than what I have. I don't know if that makes a difference. I'm hoping you can take a look at the attachments and advise me.

I'm afraid that our Series 385 will not replace this balance. You were right to note the difference in style.

We can supply your balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? That will be the last piece of information we need to confirm the Series.
