Thanks for writing in. See our 26-243 and 26-244. Look over these tilt latches and see if their dimensions match what you need.

The tilt lever looks to be a good match. This window and two others just like it are difficult to open and close. May need balance change.
I presume balance is behind the plastic covers just above the tilt levers

It looks like you have a coil balance assembly. In order to recommend a substitute, we will need to see an image of your pivot shoe. We will also need to know the thickness of the spring, as well as any stamps that may be on it. If you need assistance in removing your coil springs, please refer to the associated video.
