18DS36L Window balance

I need two sets of window balances and I am unable to locate them anywhere. Do you have these available?

We can replace this balance, though due to the stamp it will have to be specially made. That's an extra strength spring, you see. 

Before we begin, can you just confirm what style nylon caps you have? I believe you have the 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom, which would make this balance our Series 390 . Please carefully look this hardware over and let me know if I'm right. 

In the meantime, I'll send you an order link for 4 of these balances with a special 18DS36L stamp. If you do not have the Series 390 or if you want more or less than 4, let me know here and we can work on it.
