I am confident we can help you replace your balance, but we will need to see another photo showing the other nylon fitting at the opposite side of the balance. From there, we will recommend what can be used.

Thank you for getting back to us with your photos. Although the nylon fittings on your balance are a little damaged, I still think we can help. Have a look at our S380-20 balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. Compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm this balance is a match. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 1930 option that holds a sash weight of 12-14 pounds.
