The stamp is 19 6 B.S.I.
The measurements I took of the balancer are:
L: 19 5/8"
H: 5/8"
W: 1/2"
The only issue in measurements I find is on the bottom part which on the diagram sent shows a measurement of 1 1/8" but mine measures 1 1/16". Not sure if this makes a difference?

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 19-5/8" which is what makes it custom.
