19" Series 390 Channel Balance, option 1860

I need replacement balance channels for my window that weights 23 pounds. The 19" 390 with the upgraded spring (option 1860) looks like the correct one. The only spec that is not the same as the old ones is the base measurement. Mine is 1" vs the 1 1/8 inch base measurement. Will this still work eventhough the base is slightly bigger. I could shave off 1/8 inch if needed. And, does the spring size work with the 23 pound window.

If your bottom fitting is 1" deep instead of 1-1/8", then you might have our Series 351 instead. This is the same as the Series 390 except for that key detail.

Looks like the 951 option 1850 only for windows 17-20 lbs. my window is 23 lbs. will ghe 951 still work?

Ah, you're right. I apologize for overlooking that. The 1850 stamp won't work, but please let me look into the possibility of having the 1860 stamp made available. I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information on that.

Okay, we're all settled. We just added the 1860 stamp to the S351-19 and it can be purchased at your convenience. Sorry again for the confusion!
