19 inch long, spiral, 9/16 diameter, white tip, non-tilt double hung window

Hello, I am looking to replace all my spiral balances for all my windows.

The first one is
19 inches long
White tip
9/16 inch diameter over metal, the outer case is broken. 5/8 with outer case.

Also need the window swivel bracket.

Once I get the formula down I can order all of them.
