A quick learner from Ormond Beach, FL says:

I can't seem to find the right replacement or one that would work. It is stamped 191 on the metal side and is 31" in length.

You have a very old Pan Am window. We can help replace this balance, but it will need to be specially made. It would be a 31" long channel balance with a 19-035 top and 15-007 bottom. I would also go with a 3010 option for sashes weighing 7 through 12 pounds. Before we can get these to you, can you tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you a special balance order link and price quote.
