1940s Window - House Build 1940

Question

1940 house.   Trying to find replacement hardware for two windows.   Hardware is about 12.5"-13" long.  Has a sproket gear at the back.  Has this handle but the hardware show in the picture is so old and corroded it will no longer function.  I have an identical window so I need to find two hinges.
