1950s Cape Cod with Original Wood Crank-out Windows

Hello!
We recently purchased the beautiful original 1950s Cape Cod with all the original crank out windows.  Of the 23 crank outs on the first floor 19 of them are the exact same size (thankfully!) and are approximately 16.5" x 48.5". 
We are looking for replacement parts primarily for the cranks which are currently being held together with scotch tape but primarily for the mechanism at the base of the window which connects to the extension bar to allow you to open and close the windows.  It is quite unique it is not just a glide of some type, but also an insulator, filling the gap when the window is closed.  There is a screw on each end of this piece holding it in place.  Most appear to be dryed out or dry rotted, I have not taken one off yet to ascertain the material it is costructed of. 
While all of the windows have individial storms, all of the wooden screens were disposed of by a crew that cleaned out the house prior to it being placed on the market, so we would be seeking replacements for that as well. 
As a point of reference, 25 years ago we purchased a beach bungalow with 8 large aluminim crank-out awning style windows most of which did not open.  I worked with a local window company who provided me all the parts to repair the windows and by the time I was finished inquired if I would be interested provideing his for their customers.  :)
