Entire house enclosed in 1950's casement, awning, whatever they're called windows with paper thin glass held by crumbly grey putty of some kind.
We are caretakers, low rent, but we need to replace the glass on a few of these things and the owner doesn't like change. What kind of windows are these and how can we replace glass, and also frame.
Some have two panels the other's have 4 panels, we need glass mostly for the 4 window ones but may need to replace frame on both...
These windows are in San Antonio, TX.

These are called louvered windows, which use what we call jalousie operators to open and close, like the ones here. To replace the glass, you may want to see if a local hardware store in your area or even a glass shop could supply replacements for you. Best of luck with the repair.
