1955 Mortise sliding glass door latch

Home Owner from Dallas, TX
Help! Hard to find part. Problem is I need the slotted latch hole to be 1/8" to the right from most locks manufactured today.

Thank you for searching for me!

Thanks for posting. This is a very old mortise and the only thing we sell that might work is 82-223, which has a square face and a 90 degree hole (as opposed to a 45 degree, which is typical).

With that being said, the hole from the 82-223 has the same position as most modern mortise locks. If that position is an issue then it likely wont work. I regret to say that I don't know of any mortise on the market today  whose installation holes are set up like yours.

I apologize we can't be of more help.
