It looks like you have the old Keller window lock 90-012. Please compare to be sure.

well this is actually the correct type but it larger than the window handle. that one is for the sliding doors..but if it is all there is i might just have to go with it

Ah, I see. I'm afraid we couldn't find a closer match. These kinds of latches just aren't made anymore, especially one as old as yours. I'm sorry we couldn't find a closer match.
