1960 era aluminum non-tilting double hung window parts needed

Question

I am attempting to locate replacement spiral balance bracket shoe (guide/spacer) made of white plastic. Likewise for the top sash cam (guide/spacer) made of white plastic as shown in attached pdf doc pictures.

Also looking for replacement window latch and keeper as shown in attached pdf doc pictures.

Any help you can provide in identifying and obtaining replacement parts is much appreciated. Thanks, Gary

Looks like you have some old hardware! I don't think these exact parts are still around, but we should be able to help. For the lock and keeper, see our 90-025 and 90-108, respectively. For the balance, you should be able to use our Series 500 non tilt window spiral balance. We don't currently have the bracket at the end of the balance, but we may be able to research something to replace it. Do you think you could re-use what you have now, though? The top sash guide might be our 18-053, but I can't quite get a good look at that. See how well it matches.
