The first picture is the locking mechanism. It has a keeper on the center style.
Second Picture is of a nylon guide that slips into a small notch on the sash.

It appears you have an older Air Control sliding window. Take a look at the locks 90-082 and 90-083. These seem to match the ones in your photo. As for that sliding guide, can't quite make it out. See if you can send us some more photos of it. Not sure if still available, but maybe we have a substitute part you could use.
