1965 Caradco awning window -- help in ID a replacement

Question

Hi there. As the subject line states, the house was build in 1965 and the window is original. I found the Caradco logo on the end of the crank, so that was my starting point. Now the mechanism still works but barely, with lots of slack everywhere but need help in ID'ing the replacement. I have attached two pictures with some measurements.

Any and all suggestions/comments would be appreciated.

This operator is similar in design to our 39-083. This may be just what you were looking for, but I recommend checking to make sure the "elbow to elbow" measurement is also 21-1/2" on yours.
