1968 Caradco casement window

Question

Here is a picture of my window. I have 4 in my home that don't close completely. One corner of window is loose. The other three corners, when I press against them seem tight against the frame. A lot of cold came in this winter. It was my first winter in house. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's tough to tell what you have while it's still installed, but it reminds me of our 39-069. Carefully look this over and see if it would be a good match.
