The house was built in 1968 in Fort Myers, Florida. Some have stripped gears internally. We want to replace all 11 window cranks.

There's a good chance we have a match for this operator, but in order to determine exactly which one we will need you to remove it from the window completely so that we can see the link arm. That will help us narrow down the list of possible replacements considerably. You can see our entire selection here; as you can see, we have a ton of operators similar to yours.

A landlord from Fort Myers, FL says:
Here are the pictures you requested.
Thank you.

Perfect. Thank you, Sheila! Take a look at our  39-060 and 39-061 to start out. These aren't exactly the same, but I suspect that your exact part is no longer made. I'm hoping the dimensions are close. Carefully go over each measurement we show for these operators and compare them to your own. Let me know what you think!

A landlord from Fort Myers, FL says:
Do you have one that the link arm measures 2.4?

The other mounting dimensions are the same as yours.

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I'm afraid that we do not, but that shouldn't make too much of a difference. The linkage in these windows have a lot of play and you could get away with a different sized link arm than what you'd expect.

A landlord from Fort Myers, FL says:
Okay, I'll go ahead and order one and see how it does.

Thank you so much!

A landlord from Fort Myers, FL says:
Hello,

This did not work out. How do I go about returning it? There aren't any instructions on the packing slip.

Thank you,
Sheila

A landlord from Fort Myers, FL says:
We found some at the local hardware store that work perfectly.
I didn't even open the package. I didn't want to disturb the contents. I appreciate all of your help?
I would like to request a refund for it if possible.

Thank you
