1970 ish Andersen casement operator handle

Saw a similar handle on your site, but the date range is a little later vintage (1974 +). Do you know if they will work on an earlier version?

Measure the diameter of the gear bore the handle fits onto. Is it 3/8"? If so, then the 39-286 should work for your Andersen operator.
