1970's window system

A quick learner from Colorado says:
The teeth of the system are worn out. Can this be repaired ? Can you identify this window system .

Hey, Jan. To be specific, are the teeth worn out on the T handle or on the operator stem itself? If all you need is the T handle, it should be pretty easy to match up. I just need you to confirm the precise diameter of the hole. It looks like it might be an Andersen brand part, which means the hole diameter ought to be 3/8". If I'm right, then see our 39-298.

If the operator stem is the issue, though, then there's no repairing or fixing it. You'd need an all new operator. To ID a match, we'd need to see the whole mechanism removed from the window.
