Hello,
We own a house that was built in 1972. All of the windows are casement windows. Some of the hardware for several windows have broken and the windows need to be closed manually from the outside. I'd like to find replacement hardware for them if its still available. I've attached 4 pictures of an example hinge (bottom portion) in one window. There is a top portion, single arm only that pivots, but all of them appears to be in good working order and its only the bottom portion that we're having issues with. It appears the hardware is the same for all the windows.
There is a marking on the hinges "358-2" that appears to be on the hinge for each window (top and bottom portion). If there's more that you need in order to possible find a match, please let me know. Finding replacement hinges would be awesome!

Hello! We don't sell this exact hinge, but I think our 36-048 is worth considering as a substitute. The design is a little different but I think it will still work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.

I should have been more specific that it is the hinges we're having issues with and that are failing. I'll give this hinge a try and see if it works. If so, we'll have a solution for all of our windows.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Sounds good! If you still run into any problems after you replace the hinges, please let me know. I'm happy to come up with another solution as needed.
