1975 Marvin Windows sash lock/tightener

Looking for replacement for Marvin Windows sash lock/tightener for double hung window. Screw spacing is 1 5/8" Newer ones seem to be 1 3/4" or 2".

We have a similar lock, the 90-071. See if you can use it as a substitute.
