1979 patio door roller

I have a patio door made in 1979 by seal you will see the measurements in the pictures I need two of these. Let me know if you have these and what the price is and I'm wondering if you do PayPal? Thank you

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 81-018 to your roller assembly, paying close attention to the 5-3/4" distance between the installation hole centers.
