1980 Sliding Window and Door lock replacement
You're right about the window lock, I haven't seen this in over thirty years. I'm not sure if anything exists that can replace this. We will need the screw hole distance and the locking tongue to suggest a substitute.
As for the patio door lock, it's hard to tell from this photo. Too much of the handle is cut off from the photo to be sure. Start by looking at our 82-002 or 82-008 and see what you think.
Thanks for reaching out! This Allen Stevens sliding window lock is longer made, unfortunately. We have been unable to source an direct replacement for it. We believe a potential substitute might be the 90-072 Sweep Lock. As you can see, the design is very different, and you would have to drill new installation holes to install it. Take very great care not to damage the class if you attempt this. We cannot promise this can work, but it is our best bet for you. Let us know if you have other questions.
