Unfortunately, we can't identify your operator without photos. If you can unlock the window, you should be able to push it open by hand.

We aren't able to ID your operator from this photo, unfortunately. We would need to see a clear photo of the entire operator assembly which includes the arms that move the window sash. From the looks of just the base, we can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but photos of the arms will help us confirm.
