1980s cabinet hinges

Question

Hello and apologies that these are mounted on the cabinets. Trying to find a nickel finish replacement for these that will be a simple swap out. Can't seem to find one with the single hole that is against cabinet frame. Many thanks!

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this hinge, but see our 32-147 Partial Wrap Hinge Kit. Compare the dimensions to your old part and see if you think you could adapt this to your cabinet.
