1983 Marvin window parts

A home owner from 63055 says:

I have a few windows that are in need of replacement balances. I have included some pictures of the current balances, notice that the outer balance did not have a bottom clutch, it was in pieces in the slot. I hope that it is the same clutch as the inner sash uses. Please let me know what part numbers that I need to order to have these windows working properly again. The outer sash (closest to the screen) is the one that I have the most problems with on 2-3 windows. Some of the inner sashes are hard to raise and lower, so I may replace those balances as well. I also found that with the window I worked on to get these pictures that the vinyl track has broken in a few spots. Should that also be replaced if it will affect opening/closing the window? Thank you in advance for your help! Trent

Hello, Trent. It looks like you have a ribbed tilt channel balance in your jambliner. Please take a look at our S751-25 for a replacement. You'll want to select spring strength option 24HD. I'm afraid we do not carry vinyl jambliners. You may have to consult a local millwork if you need to replace those.
