I need new rollers for the bottom of the sliding glass door. I also need the handle.
If this is not enough information, I will remove the door & take pictures the next sunny, warm day.

You were recommended by Norandex. The door was purchased from the Utica, New York branch of Norandex. We believe the door was manufactured in the northeast.
Thank you for getting back to us with your photos. At one time, we did offer this exact replacement handle, but it since has been discontinued. We now recommend going with our 82-036. Have a look. I am afraid it is not available in black. As for your rollers, we will need to see them completely removed from the door in order to make a replacement suggestion.
