We have a 1983 build home wiwmth black jordan windows. Some have worn balances.
The stamp is 2830 and is 29in length. However I need new sash caps also. Which series are these. They are 5/8w by 5/8d by 29 long.
A quick learner from Abilene tx says:
I have a second window with different look to the balances. This one is a double window with 28in length with 2730 on the balance. Also has black top vs prior white.
A quick learner from Abilene tx says:
All same width 1/2-5/8 and deep 5/8 but second window is 28in
A quick learner from Abilene tx says:

Hello,

Most Jordan windows like yours use our S390 with 19-002 top and 15-001 (1-1/8" depth) bottom balance attachments. Color doesn't matter since it behind the sash. For the 29" tall side load balance, it will need a S390-29 and s 2830 spring strength option. For the 28" side load balances,it will be S390-28 and the spring weight 2730 for the 27C on your balance. Review our media guides for more help. Thank you!
