1984 casement cover and handles

I am looking for a casement cover and replacement handles for an Andersen Bay window(triple) for our kitchen. The screw spacing is 5" from screw to screw. I also need two screws as one is missing for each casement cover.

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly.
