1985 Andersen Window Balance

Question

Howdy! I have a home built in 1985 with Andersen Double Hung Windows in great shape and stood the test of time! I have two windows where the lower sash slams down and the string visibly loose and not retracting. Can you help me identify the right parts I need based on the photos model numbers? Thanks Jerry
