All of the seals are falling apart and I can't seem to find one that's intact that I can remove And show you. The interior seals seem to be ok. It's the ones on the windows that are really bad. They appear to be some sort of leaf seal.

I'm afraid those numbers don't tell me what weatherstripping your window used. I know that it's brittle and falling apart, but without an intact sample to use as a reference there's no way to ID a good match.
I can at least say that this is probably leaf-type weatherstripping. There aren't many leaf-types around, so you only have a couple of options to consider. That helps narrow it down a little, but ultimately you'll need a good sample to get measurements off of to pick the best match. You can find our entire selection of leaf-type weatherstripping here.
