1987 Center drawer guide

I hope you can help with this drawer guide. It was installed new in 1987. I have been all over town and no one has been able to help.

We did carry that drawer guide shown in your photos at one time but, unfortunately, it has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
