1987 Window lock

Question

Attached are four images of a window lock, similar to 90-123????? Not sure, are you able to tell from the images? Windows were purchased/installed in 1987, new construction.

I agree, our 90-213 does look like our best match, though it's not exact. It's possible you have an older version. How well do the dimensions match?
