1988 double hung pivot lock shoe for cardaco window

Question

Can you identify this part? The pivot lock screw is 1-3/4" long and have a hole in the top where the string goes through. The pivot lock rides in a channel with a raised area in the jam liner. This is clearly visible in the picture. The jam liner has a 9000/9500 Walter label on it. Do you have a replacement?
