1989 Anderson double hung balancer

I'd like to replace these balancers. I also see a "727" stamp on the balancer

Hello. Without seeing all the stamps to fully confirm I can't be 100% certain--but if there is a '727' imprint then see the 24-737 Andersen Sash Balance. This will replace old balances with the 727 stamp.
