1989 Marvin Casement Window Hardware

Contractor from Seattle, WA
Hello - I believe these are a 1989 Marvin. We are hoping to change the hardware color to black or bronze.

Also the old plastic weather stripping is brittle and failing. It looks like this is in a channel so I am hoping this may be able to be replaced as well.

Thank you!

Thanks for posting! Your casement window lock looks like it could be the non-handed Truth Hardware Low Profile Sash Lock. To confirm that this is the right replacement, look over the dimensions and design from the diagram below and compare them to your existing hardware. This lock is available in bronze.

Also, the compatible keeper is the 38-089 casement window keeper.

To confirm that we can supply you with the replacements for both the window operator and the weather strip (or glazing bead) I'll need a bit more information.

In regard to the weather strip, I'll need to see an undamaged piece removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see the strip from an end profile view. I'll need to see it from that angle to see the shape of the strip and how it installs to the window.

To recommend a replacement for the operator, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. The cover and crank handle in your photos is compatible with a few different operators. So I'll need to see specific details about you operator to determine if there is a replacement we can offer.
