1989 Milgard Aluminum Lift Window

Hey there, have a house full of 1989 Milgard aluminum windows with lower lift sashes. They are all in bad shape and I am replaceing all of the balancers. Some are missing the part in the picture which seems to cause them to scrape in the channel. Do you sell these? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your top sash guide looks like the 18-008H but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
We don't have an exact match for the face guide though. We do carry various face guides on our "face guide" section on the website. We've also related a handful on this page. I have found the 67-002 seems to work well as a universal type guide, but I can't be certain it will work for you. However, this type and some of the others we carry will need a screw to install on the window. Review the specifications and see what you think.

Thanks for the reply! I actually ended up ordering before I saw your response. I bought a few of these: Keller Slider Guide 67-029. They are a pretty great replacement for the "face guide" in my pic. They fit great in the existing notch and things are going smoothly (literally) 3 days in.
