I need some help identifying the balances, shoes, and pivot bars for these windows. It is our intention to replace them on all 199 windows. It appears that there are two spiral balances per side?
Please let me know which products to order?

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see your pivot shoe fully removed from the window, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory.
We'll also need you to write out the exact hole center spacing for your tilt latch.
As for the balances, take a look at the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600, depending on the diameter of the plastic housing tube. See the videos related on this page to assist you.
