1990 Certainteed Casement parts

Hi, Home was built 1990 w/ all Certain-teed windows. The sash of our casement windows have the same part w/ the same number stamped in it at the top and bottom of the pivot side. It screws to the sash w/about 4-5 screws and has a pivoting guide that fingertip wraps around a stainless steel track flange keeping the pivot end of the window frame aligned.The number is either 6690 or 0699, depending how you look at it.
