I can really see any identifying marks but it appears the springs are contained within the plastic housing inserted into the window frame. I haven't taken the windows out yet but assume that if I do so I can pull out the plastic inserts with the springs inside. Or simply replace the entire plastic with springs once I cut the bottom to conform to the slanted shash.
The only part that had anything printed was the glass that had H-P printed on it. The double hung windows are dual glass with interior sealed grids.
Hope you can help.
Thanks

Hello,
It looks like you'll need replacement jamb liners. Unfortunately, we do not carry these balance systems but a local millwork can normally provide these replacement parts for older wood windows. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
